Meet Founder Of Clever Project
My name is Sandra Madej – founder of Clever Project, where I help turn ideas into real and functional solutions. I’m a graduate of the Cracow University of Technology, and for over nine years I’ve been working with passion on designing water supply, sewage, gas networks, and internal installations.
What I Do & My Qualifications
I hold full design licenses in installation engineering, as well as certification to prepare energy performance certificates. Thanks to these qualifications, I can take on complex projects.
Since 2022, I’ve been a member of the Małopolska Regional Chamber of Civil Engineers, and in 2024, I received my official certification from the Ministry of Development and Technology to issue energy performance certificates.
Each project is an opportunity to make a real impact – both technically and socially.
I combine innovative solutions with a practical approach to deliver comprehensive technical documentation: from initial concepts and detailed design, to tender documentation. In my work, quality goes hand in hand with responsibility – which is why I am actively involved in the development of standards and initiatives that support safety and sustainable development within the engineering sector.
I also enjoy being involved in shaping better industry standards. Since 2025, I’ve been a member of the Technical Committee KT306 for Civil Safety and Protection at the Polish Committee for Standardization, as well as part of ISO/TC 292/WG10 – Preparedness, within the International Organization for Standardization.
And starting in March 2025, I joined the board of SIBO (Stowarzyszenie Instytut Budownictwa Ochronnego) – the Protective Construction Institute Association, where I work on promoting the best practices for infrastructure safety and civil protection. The association also organizes SCHRONTECH, a technical workshop dedicated to shelter engineering — a space for knowledge-sharing and building awareness about modern protective solutions.
